No, sorry. Our technicians rely on accurate information to assess how we can assist you best. To ensure we have all the necessary details, it's important for us to obtain this information directly from you. Custom Requests cannot be reviewed and approved without the submitted form.
Q2: What is the typical processing time for my request?
We strive to respond to most requests promptly during our business hours. If you do not receive a response within the expected time frame, our technicians may need extra time to thoroughly investigate the issue. If you haven't heard back within 48 hours, please check your junk mail folder for any missed communications. Rest assured, we will also send you an SMS/text message with our decision.
Q3: What if my module does not fail during testing?
Since some issues may only occur intermittently or can only be detected while the module is installed in a functioning vehicle, there is no guarantee that a faulty module will exhibit a problem during our testing process. If the module does not show any faults, we will reach out to you with the test results and provide you with options based on the diagnostics you have provided.
Q4: What happens if the necessary parts are not available for the repair?
If we happen to be out of stock for any required parts to complete the repair, rest assured that our strong and reliable supply chain allows us to source almost any part from anywhere in the world within 5 – 10 business days.
