It's a programming fee that is included in the cost of the exchange program. We update the firmware by re-flashing the exchange TCM going into your vehicle once you provide the VIN and part number.

The dealership parts dept. can provide you the part number of the TCM that's currently in your vehicle once you provide them your VIN. We usually ship with FedEx priority 2-3 business days.

What is Programming firmware and do I need it?

For the exchange program it's required to ensure it's updated to the latest firmware revision and that it will be plug-n-play when you receive the refurbished exchange unit from us.

I don't know the tcm that can fit into my Mazda 5 2010, it appears the one on my car has been changed already, but it's still giving me problem

I would recommend calling the Mazda Dealership part department. If you provide your VIN number they should be able to tell you what part number is correct for your car.
